Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options & Costs We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

• Standard UK Delivery — £4.95 (orders under £70)
• Free UK Delivery — complimentary on all orders of £70 and over

Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3-5 working days via DPD.

Tracking All orders are sent with a tracking number. You will receive a DPD notification via email or SMS on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window.

Packaging Every item is carefully and securely packaged to ensure your vintage pieces arrive safely. Ceramics and glass are wrapped with extra care given their fragile nature.

Missed Deliveries If you are not available at the time of delivery, DPD will leave instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel from a local pickup point.

Damaged Items In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us at angelina@theonlychild.london within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Delivery Area We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Please get in touch if you are based outside the UK and would like to discuss options.
